Hey Dudes,
For any career, good knowledge on the subject and activeness is very important.
Let me present you some of the things that I learnt from my friends.
I may not present detailed information but surely this will give a rough path way to those who had no one to guide (like I was).
Electronics Opportunities
(for ECE people):
There are good opportunities in electronic stream whether it
might be in RF side (Micro wave opportunities) or VLSI side.
BTech people can directly join into the jobs on RF side but
initially, the salaries will be less. If they get one or two years experience,
they will get good salaries and become well-settled. They will have to be very good in the subject
to get a job and answer boldly in the interview. If possible, a good GATE score
will always help.
The second option is VLSI side. It is ever green and best
option. But it requires coaching for about six months which costs for more than
one lakh rupees. Once, the coaching is done and the person is very good at the
subject, his life will get a turning point career wise. He will get a good job
and very good salary.
Software Opportunities:
Software industry is good at the moment and hirings are going on. Now-a-days, companies are trying to recruit people directly from the campus and are less interested in walk-in freshers.
